The hotel location is perfect, close to everything, the staff is welcoming, specially Zhou. Perfect hotel, the room was clean and spacious. We had a mold smell in the first room and they changed it immediately. The view is perfect, beautiful area around the hotel. I recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Ningbo. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. The hotel's location is excellent—convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions. The service was also great, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured we had everything we needed. The only area where we were slightly disappointed was the breakfast. There were very few Western options, and much of the food was cold with platters not being replenished quickly. The selection of fruit and general options was quite limited. Additionally, the combination of beef, chicken, and pork sausages made it difficult for us as a Muslim family to find suitable options. While we would definitely consider staying at this hotel again, we might choose to skip the breakfast next time.

The price is a bit expensive. The facilities are not as complete as those of the hotel. The supplies are a bit lacking in details. It is still convenient to eat and supermarket. I didn't take pictures in the room

The signal lighting of arriving lift is not conspicuous from where the passenger stand. One has to step backward to see which lift is arriving. Heated centralised air-conditioning is not suitable for southerner. It dries our nostrils. The best solution is to stay on normal cold setting, we can set 26 or 28°c if one needs the heat.

The room was even more amazing. It was impeccably clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. I couldn't get up from it, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had a perfect dry and wet area, complete with toiletries, and hot water was readily available. The view from the window was great, and opening the curtains in the morning to see the sunlight streaming in was truly a delight. The breakfast was quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent, catering to all tastes. Check-out was equally efficient, and the staff even proactively asked about my stay, which was incredibly thoughtful. In short, whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an absolute top choice. I've already added it to my favorites list and will definitely stay there again!

A good stay for a short weekend trip to Ningbo. The hotel is relatively new and the amenities are clean and well kept. The hotel offers complimentary soft drinks in the mini fridge and other complimentary items. The hotel room is spacious for a room of two. All in all a good stay.

The hotel is very comfortable to stay in. The room is very spacious. It provides 24-hour self-service free laundry. All washing powder and laundry liquid can be used. We were in town for a sports tournament. The hotel was within a walking distance from the sports center we were playing at so the location was convenient. About a 25 minute drive to the airport and 30 minutes to the city centre. We got some complimentary soft drinks but all the rooms didn’t have a fridge except one room so that was a negative on the amenities. Overall its a good hotel, comfortable beds, big beds in the 2 bed rooms, and the breakfast was decent.

Jojo helped us to get electricity and ventilation in advance. We felt cared for as soon as we entered the door. The room is spacious, bright and warm. It is worthy of being a residential hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient and free. The breakfast restaurant on the first floor tastes good. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room and a gym. Wanli College is next door, there are many snack shops around, and it is very close to Wanda Plaza and Impression City. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the subway station.
