The value for money is low. The room is old style as well all facilities. You feel in a “real” 3 stars hotel Breakfast very disappointed The staff can be English and nice at the reception

Bad impression on their coffee shop. Had breakfast yesterday and saw a lot of tables with used dishes piling up. Obviously guests had left but seems like no one is cleaning up. And the table I sat at has water stains all over it. Looked like whoever doing the cleaning did not not look and only got job half done. Room I was in the A/C was not working properly. I told the front desk in the morning and asked them to fix it but when I came back in the evening, the A/C is still now working. The draining system in the bathroom sink did not work. I had water in the sink when I left the room in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the water in the sink is gone but I found out the drainage system is still not working. It shows whoever serviced the room did not have the heart to get the job done correctly. One good thing to talk about is the hotel did offer me another room due to the A/C problem. Looks like the management is not doing their job.

This is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. Great location, with the subway station right outside, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. That afternoon, we visited the Cultural Plaza, and my child was completely engrossed for three hours! We then walked halfway around Moon Lake, where we witnessed the vibrant energy of the local seniors. As we walked from day into evening, we were lucky enough to capture some incredibly beautiful sunset glow! On our way to Qingjiamu for dinner, the sunlight dappling through the roadside trees was so beautiful I couldn't tear my eyes away. As a home cook myself, I can say that most of Qingjiamu's dishes were exquisite and delicious. As a specialty Ningbo restaurant, it's definitely worth experiencing! I heard their raw marinated seafood is a specialty, but unfortunately, I'm not a big fan of raw food. However, their braised pork belly and eel rice were absolutely unbelievably delicious! Highly recommended! After dinner, we finished walking the remaining half of Moon Lake, then visited Drum Tower. We happened to catch the evening projection show, and even at night, it was incredibly crowded! Our half-day 'citywalk' concluded with a total of 16,000 steps for the day. The next day, we slept in and enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the hotel. I highly recommend trying the freshly made mini wontons there! We took the high-speed train to Ningbo Academician Center. The scenery there was indeed beautiful, but I don't recommend visiting the 'influencer hotspots,' as there are huge crowds queuing up for photos. If you have time, you can visit the International Lake House; the scenery there is also absolutely stunning! Unfortunately, it suddenly poured rain the day I went, and I was soaked to the bone. So we spontaneously changed plans and went to Rulinhui Foot Spa for a foot massage. By the time it was over, my clothes were almost dry. We also tried the specialty seafood noodles at Miandaozan, and they were truly fantastic! Afterwards, we went to Romon Universal Park for the evening session. You definitely need to buy the night-session ticket as there's hardly any queuing, and the experience is fantastic! Another day of 15,000 steps – what a blast!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located close to Culture Square, Fuqing North subway station and share bicycles. The only problem was the television set. The screen was faulty.

Nice hotel in Ningbo Eastern New Town. Two minutes walk from the metro station (line 1 and 5) and Culture Plaza/Hongtai Plaza.

I had no expectations for just one night. But… it far exceeded my expectations as a Virgo with a penchant for detail. [Secretly observing R] First, let's talk about the design. From the parking lot all the way up to the coffee shop on the first floor, and then to the rooms… my first instinct, driven by my professional background, told me that the owner must have studied architecture and interior design. Why? The attention to detail is impeccable! The hotel is situated beside a small river in a residential area of ​​Ningbo. The entire building features a neo-modernist minimalist industrial style. The small garden on the first floor is incredibly chill, simply planted with pomegranates and various flowers. Simple yet tasteful. My positive impression started with the elevator from the parking lot (pictures will be in the comments later). Few hotels at this price point pay such attention to detail. Then there's the room. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a ”Hidden Flower View” room upon check-in, with a 180-degree river view overlooking the small garden. Every design detail in the room, combined with its price, moved me deeply [crying emoji]. First and foremost, the aesthetics and materials are impressive. The owner is clearly generous. The classic brown and dark green color scheme makes it feel like stepping into a high-end Parisian apartment. The owner seems to have a penchant for oriental elements and vintage details. The toiletries are from Le Labo33, which I love. The owner even incorporated a visual identity design into most of the room's amenities, including the water. Touching! And everything is made of natural materials (including paper, combs, etc.). Even more touching is the lighting design! There wasn't a single wire in the entire room. The lighting had bright, ambient, and night light modes. When I turned off the lights, it wasn't completely dark all at once, but rather it gradually darkened in layers, like the fading darkness at sunset. If this were a room in an international five-star hotel costing thousands of dollars, I might not have been so surprised. But this is a room I booked for the price of a meal (a few hundred dollars). These details truly touched me. In short, the hotel, from its architecture to its interior, is quite in line with the mainstream aesthetics of the current middle class, not just a superficial pile of trendy elements. Besides the details mentioned above… the hotel's furnishings are worth experiencing for yourself. For example, the mortise and tenon joints of the tables and chairs in the room; the Japanese-style bathtub in the bathroom; the pickled mustard greens and rice cake soup at breakfast (I personally think it's better than the seafood noodles); the cleanliness that even a Virgo couldn't find fault with… there are so many! ☺️ If I had to point out any room for improvement, the flowers in the entryway could be more elaborate.

Highly recommended. Spacious and clean rooms with enough amenities. Delicious breakfast. Late check-out option. Good value for money.

recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service staff were friendly and attentive. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings. During my stay, the breakfast menu was the same every day, with very little variety. It would be great if the hotel could consider rotating the menu or adding more options to make the breakfast experience more enjoyable for guests staying multiple days.
