Honestly the only reason I’m staying in the night instead of changing hotel right away due to the poor soundproof system is because of the front desk staffs working there - great service attitude, helpful and hospitable!! I’d recommend the suite room type if checking into this hotel

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel in the city center, shopping malls and a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice and clean, hotel has a laundry room and a gym. Good breakfast and pleasant service.

It was a great experience to stay at Ningbo Grand Hotel with my family. The hotel provides children-specific facilities and services, such as a children's swimming pool and children's meals, which made the children very happy. The room space is large enough to easily accommodate the needs of the whole family. The hotel staff is particularly friendly to children and their service attitude is patient and meticulous. The breakfast is rich in variety and suitable for the tastes of all ages. The overall environment is safe and comfortable, very suitable for family travel, and I will choose here next time.

The staff working at the reception are really nice, even though they cannot speak English. I got breakfast delivered to my door every morning (I was asked about the time beforehand). The breakfast is nice and has a variety, they also had a vegetarian option for me. The location of the hotel is great, just 2 minutes walking to Chenghuangmiao and Tianyi Square. The hotelroom was nice and overall clean, I had a great view outside my window. Would stay here again!

There is hot tea to drink when you check in. There is a smile greeting when you meet. The TV in the room is very large and can be rotated. The location of the hotel is really convenient. There was a problem with screen projection during the last stay. Someone also contacted me to apologize and solve it. I also hope that the hotel service can get better and better and manage the entire hotel better. Overall, it is still a very recommended hotel. Whether it is the midnight snack service or the breakfast, it is really good. The porridge is delicious. The yogurt fried dough twist is also delicious 😋. The waiters are still very enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy. The air conditioner is very comfortable. The bedside button of the air conditioner is very convenient. The air conditioner is very warm. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature very well. The air conditioning system is very complete. There are still many improvements in the hardware facilities 4.0, human body induction power supply and wireless charging. There is a gym and laundry service downstairs, which is very convenient. The laundry is washed very clean, and the laundry room dries very quickly. The TV can also see the status of the washing machine in real time. The laundry service is superb and convenient. There are front desk staff to help with luggage when checking in and out 🧳 It's a great point. In general, Yaduo has always been a good choice for business trips. I hope the new Atour service will get better and better, and be able to help everyone on the journey. I will choose Atour to stay in the future. I also thank some service staff for their enthusiastic service during my stay. I like it very much!

Amazing location. it's right in the center of everything you may want to visit.. it's surrounded by good restaurants and bars which makes it convenient.. Great atmosphere. The hotel's design is very interesting, with hidden locks that always got me and my friends excited every time we went in/out of our rooms. Pretty good service and would definitely recommend it to anyone..

The room smelt a little weird and the view we received was of a car park. The hairdryer and shower was good though. Also the front desk staff were a little rude.
