Ningbo Yinzhou District Hotels

Staying in this hotel was really the right choice for me. I am an English teacher and have been in China for six months. It was an enjoyable experience at the Ningbo Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. The rooms have adequate heating, and we got fresh towels and water every day. Mengna's butler service is very good, she sent us milk and fruit as a gift to our room during Christmas. This hotel is really amazing. Ordering takeout can be delivered to the room door using A robot which makes it really convenient. It's worth a visit! The hotel is also equipped with a heated swimming pool and a gym, and spa. The breakfast was buffet and had a variety of things to eat. The rooms are spacious and bright and beautiful. I was placed on the 17th floor, which is a higher floor and very quiet. Great service, the staff are very friendly, I highly recommend it.

Great hotel with a nice modern rooms! The arrival process was very smooth and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The room was spacious with very cozy sofa area. I like the complimentary Chinese tea and the tea set which was in the room. Also the bathroom toiletries was very unique and of a high quality. The location is right next to the culture plaza area and all the shopping and dining area. There is also a nice park next to the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel for its great price value, nicely designed rooms and for wonderful hospitality!

This hotel sets the bar for service, condition, amenities and location impeccably appointed, the huge lobby is a welcoming at the end of a grueling day in Ningbo. Strategically located in a quiet corner of the Huaishu, Jiangbei district you are just steps away from great shopping, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Top notch staff is extremely courteous, professional and attentive.

Easy check in, stay included car park (if you have one). Helpful staff with questions. English is a bit limited though. Phone translations work fine though:) Area might be more suitable for business than tourism / sightseeing. Though very close to metro.

The room is clean and tidy, and the toilet is separated from wet and dry, which is very user-friendly. Another highlight is that the hotel has a small gym where you can go and exercise in the morning. The staff at the hotel, Xiao Yang, is very enthusiastic and serves with a smile. It makes people feel comfortable and makes them feel at home. I will choose to stay here next time.

It was my first self-driving trip to Ningbo. I searched for a hotel for a long time and finally chose the Four Seasons Ruili on Qianhu North Road. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient. It is an independent building, surrounded by rich business districts and convenient transportation. The overall decoration style is fashionable and grand, which is in line with the aesthetics of young people. The room facilities are good, and you can see that they are very attentive. There are alcohol pads in the bathroom and books on the bedside. The mattress and bedding are also very comfortable, so I can sleep well. The electric curtains and screens are very convenient. The overall service is very warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. The photos are all taken directly by my mobile phone, haha, I am really satisfied with the room I stayed in this time, in short, I give it 100 points!

I travel a lot for work and this is the first time writing a bad review ever. I was disappointed with this hotel for 2 reasons: 1. Staff at front desk does not speak English. Although my Chinese is OK, they were unwilling to help me. I had an issue with a booking (caused by trip.com). Trip was very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk told me it wasn’t their problem that they couldn’t find a booking and I should figure it out with the agent, however I clearly had a confirmed booking on my phone. I know the problem wasn’t caused at the hotel, but at the same time I have a booking here with a payment FOR YOUR HOTEL. The least you can do is do everything you can to help me check this issue. Furthermore I had to cancel one night booked for my colleague due to change of plans. If they told me from the beginning cancellation is not possible, my colleague would’ve changed the plan accordingly. The staff told me I should check with trip.com and if they could process the cancellation the hotel can agree. However, we spend 2 days going back and forth, talking to the front desk and talking to trip.com customer service to try and figure it out. Finally at 10 pm (!!!) of the night of the cancellation they finally informed me they cannot cancel. By that time it was too late and my colleague already checked into another hotel, so we spend double the money for no reason. 2. The breakfast is not good, food is low quality. The hotel is clearly locally managed, you can feel it in terms of customer service and food quality. I do not recommend.

The overall experience of this hotel is great. I chose this hotel when I passed by Mount Putuo. The view from the high-floor rooms is good, and the panoramic view makes people feel very comfortable. Ms. Yue Jingjing, a staff member in the lobby, has a strong sense of initiative. When she came to the store, she took the initiative to help deliver the luggage to the room. The recommended dining place is very satisfactory, and the service attitude is very good. The cleanliness of the room is good, and the location is next to the exhibition center, near the Hankyu Business Center, which is super convenient for shopping and traveling. A very satisfactory stay experience, recommended

the hotel is very clean,service is amazing and the breakfast is ok.most of the staff can speak English so that is very convinient.however if you have a room for 3 people then the amenities should be for 3 people not 2 people.the towels and sluppers were just for 2 people.also the room is not women friendly!they need dressing mirrors.generally I had a good experience here.
