carpet outside the 10th floor is dirty, need for overhaul of carpet or to shampoo the carpet. Very near the tianyi square and shopping areas. Accommodating staff, request was granted for a late out.

My very favorite hotel in Ningbo. Stayed multiple times a year for the last decade, never disappointed.

Free shuttle pick up from airport. But you need to call hotel upon arrival to arrange the pick up. Pick up location is at Departure level, not at Arrival level. Hotel room is nice and clean, usual ATOUR standard.

This is the second time I booked this hotel. I went to look for a place to stay during the Chinese New Year. I unexpectedly found that it is a pet-friendly hotel. The location is also perfect. It is just opposite the train station and can be reached on foot. It is also close to Nantang Old Street and it is very convenient to take a taxi to other attractions. It is also close to Yongshang Mingzao, and I must eat it every time I come here. The only thing is that the name is too similar to another Kaiyuan, so I missed the bus once... Hygiene: Good, very clean. Service: Very good. Fruits are delivered every day. I called in the morning to note that I wanted a room on a high floor close to the elevator, and it was arranged immediately. If there is not enough bottled water in the room, it will be refilled for free. There are also robots delivering meals, but it is faster to take it yourself during peak hours. Facilities: The bathroom has a door, which is good, and it is separated into dry and wet areas. It seems that I can't find a freezer, and the bathroom door is a bit difficult to pull, but everything else is good. Breakfast is only 50 yuan, but it has everything you need, and there is a little surprise of tofu pudding. It is very cost-effective. If you don't eat hotel breakfast, you can try this takeaway with lard cake wrapped in fried dough sticks, which is made of glutinous rice and eggs, which is perfect.

super awesome!!! staff are friendly and helpful no matter front desk or cleaner. 5 minutes walking distance to the Cheng Huang Miao walking street, Tian Yi Square just behind the hotel, surrounded by many retails shop and restaurant.

Everything was great. Immensely convenient, being located at 2 subway lines intersection, just 100m away from the nearest subway entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright rooms. Even got free and tasty soft ice cream at the hotel lobby, which I had one every time back. Lucky to be upgraded, and had a slightly bigger room, open city view and free mini-bar for our 1 week stay

Room very clean and new. Location is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially a very tall lady wearing white shirt and a young male counter staff. Will surely choose this hotel again and also recommend it to others.

Is a amazing hotel, feel like staying at horry Potter town. Room are big, 2 of us got enough space to put & open luggage. Got a tea room for us to eat & chill. 1 thing need to improve is the lighting is yellow light, I feel abit dark coz I bed to do work. If the light can swift then is perfect.

The hotel is clean and at prime location of ningbo, it’s very accessible to all eateries and malls. The cleaner is very friendly and helpful, she gave me a full carton of water when I asked for just 2 bottles, since I would stay for 5 days here. Hotel staffs are responsive and helpful.

After 4 nights in small, old, stuffy hotel rooms in Hong Kong, i really got to enjoy my night here. Check-in was quick, the driver that picked me up from the airport was kind and the rooms were great. Very clean and comfortable. Beds are soft and the pillows are great. Air conditioner works quickly and the shower was perfect. Fantastic airport hotel.
