Ningbo Haishu District Hotels

This hotel is close to the main attractions, shopping areas and nice restaurants. All are walking distance from this hotel. The hotel got all the basic necessities, the staff are helpful and friendly. There's a convenient store next to the hotel which is really convenient and they got a robot to drop off when you order take out.

Great location and staff! Attentive to our needs and somehow we never feel like we’ll go hungry here. Special shout out goes to the lady who kindly helped us to place an order for food delivery (it was cold and pouring outside) - much appreciated! Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for accommodations in Ningbo ☺️

I often stay at the Vienna Hotel. This hotel is near the train station. Looking at the floor plan, it looks like it was renovated from a small high-rise residential building with one staircase and three units. The exterior does not look like a residential building, but the original building is definitely not a hotel. The guest rooms are quite satisfactory, in traditional Viennese style, and relatively easy to use. I prefer watching TV, but I didn’t expect that the hotel in Zhejiang Province couldn’t receive Zhejiang Satellite TV. I called the front desk and sent someone, but they couldn’t receive it. I was very unhappy because I was watching a drama. After watching Guan Shan, I thought about it. If the missed two episodes can be made up at another hotel or at home, 1 star will be deducted. If not, 2 stars will be deducted. Later, when they are made up at home, 1 star will be deducted. Due to renovation, the bathroom is higher than the guest room, making it easy to fall. As a shortcoming, I will deduct 1 star. Breakfast was OK. When checking out, there was a young man wearing a red coat. I wonder if he was getting ready to get off work? It seemed that something was bothering me, and he was a little impatient that I had to issue invoices and store my luggage. When I picked up my luggage in the afternoon, I saw a young man. Not only was he handsome, but he also spoke very politely.

The hotel is very nice and the decor is of a high standard. I felt the room was a little stuffy and air con was a little.difficult to adjust.

overall good stay and near to shopping streets and attractions, service is ok but need to be improved.

Hotel location is good, front desk staff is polite and good, we were assisted by Besy, she was very good at customer service, breakfast was good, plenty of options just that it was crowded and had to wait for a cup of coffee. Suggest housekeeping to have water kettle washed both in and out. Overall it was a good experience!

The stay there was awesome. The hotel is close to lots of nearby attractions and the service is amazing. One of the ladies by frontdesk also speaks English so it's a bonus. Only issue would be that the internet wasn't that good when I was there.

The sink is large, suitable for putting your own toiletries and cosmetics. There are makeup mirrors, washroom mirrors, and full-length mirrors that can turn on the lights. The breakfast was surprisingly good. You can eat local freshly cooked pasta and freshly stir-fried vegetables. Although there are not many varieties, they are all very tasty. You can go out feeling full every day. The staff at the hotel give people a very warm feeling from check-in to check-out. They are not a cold service model. If you have any needs, they can give a very satisfactory answer immediately. The temperature in the room and the bedding are very comfortable. When I stayed in other five-star hotels before, I always woke up from the heat, but Atour's bedding is very suitable for the needs of Chinese people. It is not too soft and scary. The memory pillow is so comfortable that I can get off it right away when I check out. Bought one alone. There is also a self-service laundry service, gym, and laundry in the hotel. It is also free. After climbing the mountain, my pants were dirty, so I came here to experience it. The washing and drying are separated, which is easy to operate. The washed pants are smooth and soft.
