這麼美的地方，推開窗就是景色，亭台樓閣一步一景，庭院深深好地方，古建築保護得很好，住其中猶如穿越兩百多年的時空。

度假村式的酒店，到了前台辦入住給升級了中式小庭院獨棟平房 房間寬敞整潔 房前屋後綠樹成蔭 小溪流水，五一節後錯峯出行 村裡遊人不多 天晴人疏 開啟三天兩晚的慢節奏閑遊日子。整個明清古村許多翻舊如舊的庭院古宅 亭閣欄榭 小橋流水 古藤翠竹 綠植繁花相映移步換景 蕩漾其中鄭氏十七房八百年的典故史記有景有感！酒店早餐廳大且品類多夠吃 正餐一般般 兩家餐廳推薦“江湖餐館”。建議的話：開車自駕、帶把電蚊拍！

這次入住十七房觀堂，大堂經理非常熱情的讓參觀了兩種不同類型的.客房給我們選擇，點贅。
十七房觀堂在景區內，小橋流水人家非常值得觀賞。而景區外也有大片花海步道，內外連動形成適合全家出遊的休閑度假地。
幾年前從九龍湖到十七房，豐盛而有寧波特色的早餐印象深刻。這次從大禹到十七房，有差異啊。作為寧波藉人，真心希望十七房能越辦越好。

酒店位於鄭氏十七房景區內，是非常有名的明清建築羣，景區面積大，正式春意盎然之時，在裏面住兩天，宛如穿越到桃花源。房間空間大，帶院子，打開推拉門，蟲鳴鳥叫入耳，滿眼鮮花綠意，非常愜意。酒店的自助早餐很不錯，酒店地處郊區，周邊吃得玩的都比較少，建議吃飯在酒店自營的鄭氏小廚即可，分量足，價格也不算很貴，比旁邊村裡的餐廳性價比高。景區裏慢慢悠悠地玩1-2天比較適合，拍照也很不錯。

設施:中規中矩，
衞生:沒有特別不好，也沒有特別好，
服務:前台服務不錯，衹是接送車輛等待時間較長餐廳:衹看見門口搖手招呼的與查核房號的，沒有看見服務員。
菜品:衹用了早餐。
中式的湯圓，麪條，小糖糕，不錯。
米花糖，芝麻糖都有點回潮了，有點擔心。
西式，個人覺得，比較不如中式的了，往常比較偏愛西式的，沒有去碰。
酒店，應該是在飛機航道下面？反正飛機很多。

五一假期首選開元，在十七房的村落改造了一期和二期。先説酒店硬件：一期的躍層家套房型、面積尚可，設施和衞生也尚可。早餐品質一般，品種不多，酒店入住大堂在開源路上，但開源路的停車場車位飽和。衹能去廣源路停車場離一期非常遠，入住的2天下雨☔️出行衹能選擇接駁電瓶車。再説軟件服務和管理，路過大堂沒有微笑服務，接駁車的配置和調度明顯不夠，希望假期期間大客流時做好應對措施，不要讓客人在雨裏等車許久！
