The soundproofing is very poor, and there was constant sound of high heels walking on the floor from midnight until five in the morning. At five in the morning, I couldn't stand it anymore and called the front desk to complain, but to no avail, so I decisively called the police and let them handle the matter. The hotel did not give me any explanation or compensation, so I give a bad review.
