The service is not bad, the front desk service is very good, but it is a bit troublesome to check in. Now everyone who checks in has to register at the front desk, even children. I personally witnessed another front desk staff verifying the check in process. The kinship relationship between a child and an adult feels so strict. The explanation given by the front desk is that hotel registration during the Hangzhou Asian Games will be much stricter than usual. It felt quite reasonable and I didn’t say much. When I entered the room, it was quite clean. However, there was no comb in the room. You can call the hotel and ask them to send it to you, including some other disposable items. It’s worth mentioning that The takeout I ordered in the evening can be delivered directly to the room, which is good, unlike some hotels that don't allow takeout to be delivered upstairs. Thumbs up. Overall, it's a good hotel with good value for money.

凌晨到的酒店問前台能不能送早餐，回答是餐廳人滿了送不了 好吧那算了，回到房間被套是發黴的，因為太晚了我也沒説心想將就下算了，然後洗澡熱水不熱，前台説是使用的人太多了水不熱他也沒辦法，好吧那又我算我倒黴？還有房間裏洗漱用品都沒放全…總之下次不會再來了

房間挺大的，周邊還有個印象城可以吃吃飯呀，挺方便的，不足的是洗衣房沒有門，一直有人在洗衣服比較嘈雜，還有就是沒有充電樁，充電要跑去印象城，其他都還可以。

挺一般的。可能定在郊區了。附近就一個印象城 晚上也沒幾家店好叫外賣的。安全性一般 外賣員可以直接送上來的。房間裏要啥沒啥 梳子還得問前台要。大門一直吱嘎的響 睡覺淺的 一醒就別想睡了。廁所的水龍頭聲音也很響 吹風機聲音也大 但也沒什麼風 吹個頭發要半個多小時才能感覺到幹。浴室的噴淋頭是歪的敢信嗎？老大一個浴室就衹能貼邊洗。我們明明定的兩天 結果前台房卡就幫我們做了一天 直接進不出房門了。還好同樓層碰到了工作人員幫我們打開了房間。總體體驗感很差！配不上四星。
