Nice apartment. Tastefully decorated with a washing machine, which would be useful for people staying a bit longer. The apartment is situated at a quiet side street but only 5 mins walk from the metro station (line 2). It is also about 10 mins walk from Tianyi Museum (highly recommended).
The host was very helpful and answered all queries very quickly (we communicated by WeChat in Chinese). They even very kindly upgraded us to 2 separate bedrooms instead of the 3 persons room we originally booked.
Self check in was very smooth. They gave us the password for the electronic door lock on the check-in day.
A very enjoyable stay and we recommend this apartment.

這次入住體驗真的超驚喜！從辦理入住開始就一路絲滑，不用等太久，流程簡單順暢，瞬間卸下旅途疲憊。房間朝西是個意外之喜，傍晚時分能看到超美的晚霞，夕陽餘暉灑進來，隨手一拍都是氛圍感。更沒想到的是細節很到位，房間裏的香薰味道特別舒服，不濃不淡剛好讓人放鬆。而且雖然樓下有老年大學和小學，但晚上特別安靜，完全不影響休息。還有那台大電視，窩在沙發上看劇簡直太爽了，下次來還選這兒！

房間就在天一廣場附近，地理位置特別好，交通出行非常便利，房間特別大而且朝向很好，窗户外面的風景也特別好，晚上很安靜可以很好的保證睡眠，非常不錯，如果下次來寧波還會選擇。

房間真的超級好🥹打掃真的很乾凈，而且地理位置真的好！出門走一點點就是天一廣場市中心這邊，本來糾結許久定哪個酒店，看到這個評價，然後價格也實惠，考慮了半天決定選這個，聯繫了房東姐姐人也特別好！評價就是為了她寫的☺️真的考慮的特別周到！！

房間乾淨，晚上可以看夜景，出行還算方便，離地鐵很近，去城隍廟，天一廣場，鼓樓，走路可以一圈逛完，去東錢湖很遠，打車加地鐵要近1小時，但是風景真的好美

房間很寬，挺乾淨的，設施也很齊全，桌子沙發洗衣機空調電視機都有配備，很適合短租或者旅遊。
地理位置也很好，就在寧波市中心，上離月湖公園很近，下離城隍廟天一廣場很近。離地鐵站也挺近的，到鼓樓天一閣老外灘都很方便。而且不在主幹道附近晚上也不會很吵。
老闆非常友好，給我們升級了房型，有啥需求都是儘量滿足很好商量，紙巾沒了讓老闆送也是很快就送過來了，還選了i人最友好的“接頭”方式。入住須知裏面很多東西都描述的很詳細。完全不用怕找不到或者不知道房間裏面東西咋用。
總之，就是環境，衞生，價格，位置，服務都很達標的一家酒店式民宿啦～
