Nice apartment. Tastefully decorated with a washing machine, which would be useful for people staying a bit longer. The apartment is situated at a quiet side street but only 5 mins walk from the metro station (line 2). It is also about 10 mins walk from Tianyi Museum (highly recommended).
The host was very helpful and answered all queries very quickly (we communicated by WeChat in Chinese). They even very kindly upgraded us to 2 separate bedrooms instead of the 3 persons room we originally booked.
Self check in was very smooth. They gave us the password for the electronic door lock on the check-in day.
A very enjoyable stay and we recommend this apartment.

位置真是無敵了，地鐵二號線出來200米就到了，周圍有城隍廟、天一廣場、鼓樓，出門步行500米就到了天一閣月湖5A景區。房間面積比較大，設施挺全，水暖毯這個東西是第一次見到，看來這裏冬天挺冷的，但是有它護身一夜無夢。建議把漱口杯換一換，看起來讓人覺得不乾淨，被套也可以換新一下，洗得挺乾淨，看起來時間久遠。

公寓地理位置優越，去月湖公園衹有五分鐘路程。出行方便。房間比較大，適合一家出行。客服迴應及時，態度熱情，介紹了好吃好玩的地方，酒店對面的張府記小吃特別棒。店家的水暖床特別適合濕冷的冬季，還特地拿來了電熱器取暖。

在外旅行N多年，基本上都住在酒店裡，這次選擇住寧波UHOME優户酒店式公寓，沒選錯。
細數一下選對的理由：
1）地理位置極佳
離火車站近，離市內的很多景點也近，走個路，騎個單車，十幾分鍾搞定。
2）住宿環境温馨
酒店式公寓既有酒店的服務，又有居家的便利，房間佈置處處滲透着家的温馨，乾淨整潔的環境中還稍帶一些文藝範，有點浪漫。
3）管理人性化
自助式入住比較前衞，既減少了人力成本，也保證了住客的私隱，入住前與管理人員網上溝通非常順暢，商家良好的服務態度讓住客有了賓至如歸的感覺。
4）小驚喜
被酒店提供的水暖毯給驚喜到了，冬日的夜晚睡在温暖的毯子上，心裏也暖暖的。
5）價格實惠
200元左右一晚的價格，很親民，連住三天，房間還給升了級。
好產品值得被推薦，酒店得到住客的高評分，實至名歸！

最近入住了UHOME優户酒店式公寓酒店，整體感受非常滿意，細節處處體現用心。在客服小姐姐的辦理下入住高效專業，並貼心介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點。 客房乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，為了睡眠舒適卧室大床特意鋪設了水暖毯。雖處鬧市但房間內安靜舒適，一夜安眠無擾。公寓位於市中心，步行200多米可達地鐵站和商業區並且離城隍廟與天一廣場很近，周邊餐飲購物方便。特別感謝客服小姐姐的熱情幫助，讓這次旅行更加完美！無論是商務出行還是休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次一定還會再來！

非常非常滿意的一次入住！！今年大大小小也去了很多地方，體驗過很多風格不一樣的酒店，這個酒店式公寓是綜合下來性價比最高，也是讓我真心覺得房東有在非常用心的給顧客提供最好的入住體驗。不管是房間衞生還是入住服務都非常非常到位，而且哪怕是很多可能住客看上去不起眼的小細節房東也佈置的非常細心，比如冬天冷了主動免費提供水暖（這輩子第一次在酒店住的那麼暖和！！）用的洗護用品也是有品牌的，不是那種雜牌然後裝透明瓶子；房間的電器也配製的很不錯，電視機、無線網、洗衣機、電吹風一應俱全而且都非常好用空調也沒什麼噪音、一覺睡到大天亮；房東審美也很在線，整體設計佈局非常有藝術感，逛了一天回來看看電視吃吃零食真的超安逸；最後不得不誇誇房東和阿姨的服務、好到沒話説，我們兩個人出行帶了行李箱由於還沒到入住時間，阿姨幫我們寄存行李，等房間打掃完後主動幫我們拿回房間，因為第二天我們買了傍晚的返程票，又又麻煩阿姨幫我們保管，阿姨也非常熱心傍晚都下班了專門等我們拿了行李才出門，房東小姐姐也回覆消息很及時，總之就是一整個有求必應！下次來寧波還住兒！！
