The front desk can’t English sometimes hard to communicate, there’s word we don’t know… and don’t know how to say. Bathroom there’s wasn’t clean enough…. There’s splashes vomit or something in the bathroom. And the cleaning service get in the room…. We didn’t ask for cleaning up. We didn’t turn on the lights. They open the door.

酒店地點 perfect，喺正寧波大學入面。當天到埗已經非常夜，又有啲攰，職員都好 welcoming 我哋。
是次上寧波是要帶朋友的親戚做 orientation，所以酒店地點好緊要，方便又近而且價錢好合理。房間夠大足夠兩人住及放行李。而且酒店好靜，睡眠質素及體驗很好。
唯一問題是這裡沒有 lift，如果行動不便或爬樓梯唔得嘅，就最好預訂時講明住地下，否則上落好大劑。
我哋有件好重的行李，因沒有lift，所以沒有抬上樓 （行李都是俾學生用但又不急於喺酒店打開的），所以放喺前台，職員好好，幫忙移行李及安置好。
我忘了叉電在那行李入面，佢又好OK俾我走去開件行李嚟摷嘢，完全沒有覺得我麻煩的感覺。
