Excellent experience to stay in this hotel. The only thing: English service could be better, but all staff is using translation apps to help.

My family loves this hotel.
It's the 2nd visit.
Every Staff was nice and so kind they did their best to comply with my requests.

The hotel environment is grand, the service staff are all nodding and welcoming, warm and thoughtful, breakfast is also varied, the front desk guy upgraded the room, the only regret is that the hot water was not available due to municipal reasons on the night of check-in, and they kept apologizing when checking out the next day.
