衞生：浴室洗個頭 水都會溢出來
設施：水都開過 而且都喝一半了 避孕套都開封過
服務：真的很差 同等價位不如亞朵 前台根本不看你定的房間的權益 還得主動跟他説 跟他説還一副欠他的樣子 房間裏東西開封過 打電話過去跟他説 就直接一句你需要補東西還是換房 一點道歉的話語都沒…… 攜程上明明寫了15點之前退房 電話打來説14點之前要退了 真是無語 走之前還讓我當場給他們寫好評 送的禮品也是攜程訂單上的權益 真是可笑 ……

早晨很一般。周邊也不方便，距離景點的距離都很尷尬，走路很累，打車司機不願意拉。
真是沒想到現代城市還有這樣素質的司機。
説回酒店，住的大床房，房間大小先不説，晚上快十點洗澡發現浴室堵，水都溢出來到房間裏了。給客服打電話，兩遍才趕到，第一時間沒有歉意，我提出換房也讓等待，要要先維修。然後維修師傅看修不了，才給換房，我帶着孩子，大晚上又重新收拾東西搬房間，全程酒店工作人員並未對我説任何歉意和關心的話，僅僅是在同樓層找了個房間讓我自己搬去。
這樣的服務真是讓人無語，也不會再選擇這家酒店，就不再投訴處理。在這裏建議大家千萬不要選擇這家。
失望的酒店、失望的垃圾司機，失望的城市。

房間隔音差得很，電梯口來回行人吵到死，然後客房打掃衞生的在打掃房間叮叮哐哐，説話聲音還不小！太無語了，早餐更是簡陋到跟那種快捷酒店一樣，荷包蛋竟然能冰涼一點不誇張，很少給人家寫點評！！就這你賣接近400？
