總體是比較滿意的，當前台知道我們是結婚紀念日後很貼心地送了我們一份禮物，包括香薰、小茶餅和一份茶點，其中一個黑金酥在今天回來的路上吃了，驚嚇的是吃了以後才發現原來已經過期了，這下整個人感覺就不好了……

廣州最近天氣降温，剛好來到這邊有事情。在網上看了一家評價還不錯的酒店進行了預訂，他們家的價格也是適合的，沒有太明顯的貴，來到以後酒店工作人員很熱情，肯快就幫我辦理好了入住手續，在入住之前他們還會打電話過來確認預訂訊息。在打電話過程中有管家會添加微信會發送酒店地址還有附近的一些美食可以提供我參考選擇，酒店距離廣州東站也是很近，打車半個小時的車程便可以到，很方便的。第一感覺好的就是他們的服務很熱情，每個人都很專業有需要的都會及時解決，房間面積很大看着非常敞亮，住着舒服，設施設備還可以，該有的配置都會有，在設施可以打5分，有免費的洗衣房可以使用，也有健身房，非常不錯，這一點很好。電梯也是有樓層提供的入住也會感覺非常安心，點外賣的話也會有機器人幫我配送到房間，晚上還提供有深夜一碗麪也是很不錯的選擇，味道也還不錯的，入住全程有小東管家添加微信有什麼需要的我也會隨時微信聯繫，此項體驗感很好，酒店的工作員都是非常的熱情，見到我們也會熱情的打招呼，怎麼説呢。整體入住以後就是覺得這家酒店選擇沒有叫我失望，還是很可以的啦，環境好，衞生打掃的也是乾淨，服務呢也不錯，設施給到滿滿5分。可以啦滿意的一次出行，期待下次再見

出來旅遊喜歡住的酒店非全季莫屬😊衞生打掃得完全滿意，房間設施也比較新，叫外賣很方便，會有機器人第一時間幫忙送上來，前台的態度也比較熱情主動，早餐也比較合胃口～總體來説，選擇全季，絕對沒錯@@@_

設施：非常的新，看得出來保護的很好
衞生：非常的乾淨，看得出來阿姨打掃的非常認真
環境：有點沒想到居然是隱藏在一個全是“大廠”裏的酒店，非常的安靜
服務：接待的小哥哥非常的熱情會主動詢問對於房間的喜好跟心儀的樓層，還會主動詢問是否需要早餐，非常的棒，退房的時候，小姐姐也非常的有禮貌，很專業。
總結：出門旅遊首選全季是我一貫的風格，因為值得信賴！🤙

每次路過奉化基本都住這裏，因為入住時有點誤會，退房時前台還安排的早餐和禮物，因為一樓咖啡機壞了，店長還從3樓特地倒了2杯送到門口，必須贊一個！！！

住過的全季裏最貴最不好！晚上開始一直有哐哐的聲音，幾十分鐘響一次，聲音很大，每次被這個聲音警醒，還有門也是被大風敲打的聲也是幾分鐘頻率在響，特別嚇人，但樓道也沒有風，不知道是訪客還是工作人員發出的？還是在**？這個聲音持續到早上5點多，一晚上沒睡好，第二天太難受了。還有！！衞生也太馬虎了吧，垃圾桶真的很臟，杭州兩個全季，都很乾凈，這裏的垃圾桶真的公用的垃圾桶一樣臟，衞生間也是有水漬還是尿漬？還有早餐的白色碗上有糖水漬？反正體驗感真的很差差，下次真的不會在住了，杭州的全季還算可以，基本達到了標準，但這個奉化的全季真的。。。。。體驗太差勁了。。。還有停車位也是太少了，節假日有車的最好早點來或者別來了，沒有地下停車場，是地面停車，都沒地方停車了。。。
