It was fantastic service for me. I was felt comfortable & good feeling during stay of this hotel. All staffs treat me very kind & sincere. If I visit ningbo again, I will choose this hotel firstly.

What a great hotel !!!! This place does everything right, as you would expect for a top name. Lovely, large rooms. Super clean. Buffet supper and breakfast has a large selection for all tastes. I will happily go back to this hotel !

Double Tree Beilun, great location and close enough to stroll to Beilun CBD . Great amenities and a good menu. Friendly staff and every time I have visited was greeted with a smile and a warm cookie. Clean rooms. Keep it up Double Tree Beilun team. Great Job.

The hotel has more of a business feel than a holiday feel. Clinically polite staff, but not warm. I was not informed of the pool's closure - which was upsetting since it was the only reason I chose the Hilton over the Radisson. There is no hotel bar and I was advised t go to another establishment across the road. Room service was difficult to communicate with, they got a simple carbonara pasta wrong, and their efforts to rectify it were poorly communicated. This hotel is a poor reflection of the Hilton brand as it does not cater for expats at all. Would not stay there again. It pales in comparison to the Radisson.
