房間很乾凈整潔，衞生間超大的！
另外，周邊空氣很清新，適合居家旅行的好地方。

房間乾淨，早餐很可口，有寧波特色的白腐乳，紅燒竹筍，竹筍據説是從山裡新鮮採摘的，很鮮嫩。
民宿旁邊有一個水庫，釣魚的人不少。空氣清新。
