The hotel experience is really awesome. Hotel staff are all friendly, day and night shift. The room cleanliness and housekeeping is excellent. The room facilities are good enough for a 5 star rating. Highly recommend.

I like the hotel and was upgraded when I arrived. Staff were nice and friendly and car parking was good. Recommend to stay as reasonable price for location and many eating options nearby. Will stay again in the future

Facilities: The hardware conditions are great, absolutely grand, and the leisure area in the lobby has a good selection of books.
Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. The cleaning ladies are very friendly and greet you proactively.
Environment: Very close to Ningbo Olympic Sports Center Stadium🏟, within walking distance. In order to watch Xu Jiaying's concert, I specially chose a hotel near Ningbo Olympic Sports Center, and New Century Palace Hotel did not disappoint me.
Service: The hotel specially prepared Xu Jiaying's peripherals for the guests, which were given away free of charge, and also provided free bracelet-threading services. When the concert was over, ice jelly and mung bean soup were also provided, which was particularly heartwarming!
If there are activities at the Olympic Sports Center in the future, I will choose to stay at her house again.
