Suddenly encountered Ningbo typhoon, heavy rain, and after communicating with the lady at the front desk, I was very thoughtful and sent someone with an umbrella to take me to the parking lot opposite the lobby. I walked about 20 meters and I was soaked and I got on the car and told me to be careful on the road. Very heartwarming thanks

因為有一個好員工，是能把體驗感嗖的一下拉高檔次的，這幾年見了那麼多五星級酒店的員工，也看了諸多所謂高端民宿的服務，貴店小韋的舉止談吐和對客溝通技巧確實是非常專業的，讓我驚訝的是她年齡並不大，看起來大學畢業也沒多久的一個小姑娘，在如今很多酒店行業缺乏培訓和服務意識的情況下，全季依然能夠有這樣一位員工是令人側目的，原本平平無奇的入住體驗，因她而頗令人眼前一亮，送十六個字：一刻不停，一絲不苟，翩若驚鴻，宛若游龍
另外提個小建議：電梯內的指示牌可以優化下，如圖

非常差，一進門洗漱枱面上一根頭髮，衞生間地面，牆上水漬。隔音差，隔壁兩個人説話聽的一清二楚，隔壁放電視每一句台詞都聽的清清楚楚，跟放我房間電視一樣，兩台電視中間根本沒有牆，就是一層木板，走廊吵，360°吵，打電話給前台也不解決，太差了，以後再也不會選擇全季
