Location is great!
Kind staff. Gave me coffee packets upon arrival.
For the second stay the television sound was again so low I had to call staff to change the volume. He was not sure how to do this, but in the end was successful.
Everything seemed clean. I didn't pull out the UV light, but the bedding looked very crisp.
IF I go to Ningbo again I would probably stay again.

This superior twin room at Atour is very good. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is very good. It is only a few minutes' walk from Wanda Plaza and Mingzhouli. The breakfast is also good. My family is very satisfied and will come again next time.

There was a hair in the quilt when I opened it. I don't know if it was because the quilt cover was not changed. I called the front desk and they said the manager would come to work the next day to deal with it. They didn't say to change the room or anything.

The front desk service was good. I originally booked a room of 33-35 square meters because it was large. After checking in, I found that it did not meet the standard. After communication, I upgraded it to a double bed room for free. The hotel is very close to Wanda Plaza. You can see Wanda when you open the curtains. It is very convenient for travel
