The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of parking spaces. The handsome guy at the front desk was warm and thoughtful, and the room was spacious, clean and tidy. I will choose to stay there again in the future.

As soon as I entered the room, there was a mixture of moldy disinfectant and pet urine, which could not be dissipated even after opening the window all day. At first I thought it was the bathroom smell, but later I found that it was not only the smell, but also the nausea smell left by the waiter when mopping the floor. It got worse every day after cleaning. The room I booked needed to be checked out early, but I didn't get a full refund. The front desk waiter said that a portion of it would be deducted. Speechless! Avoid it! I will never stay at a Seasons Hotel in my life.
