好停車，房間翻新的都比較好，就是入住之後快一個小時了，突然有人敲門送牛奶有點迷之操作，哈哈哈哈哈，入住了就是洗澡睡覺了嘛，大半夜不必要送牛奶啦～

早餐是7:00-9:00供應，在隔壁樓，但是我們兩天都沒趕上早餐。酒店的位置其實還可以，離地鐵站公交站都很近，有停車場的。天成應該翻修過，入住感覺挺新的，三四年前也來住過，不是這個風格哈哈哈。完全對得起這個價格，性價比高。但是酒店空調有點問題，設定了24℃，早上起來室温竟然是16℃，直接給凍感冒了。

早餐還行，皮蛋粥特好吃，不能説很好，過得去。能加早餐，15元一人。 交通方便，位置好，離財經學院很近。停車場非常大，隨便停。邊上300米不到有充電站。 總結一下，物超所值，價格合理，便捷舒心，下次去寧波還住這裏了。

房間差，各種發黴，隔音差，旁邊就是大馬路和KTV，窗户隔音效果基本為0，晚上鬧騰，設施簡陋
