The hotel has a fantastic and scenic view on the Dongqian Lake and is offering all service to just stay there and enjoy. The gym and the indoor pool area are amazing. The rental bikes at the hotel are high quality. The service is super friendly and was always helpful. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel with finely designed, spacious rooms. The swimming pool is very nice and the hotel is overlooking the lake in a beautiful scenary.

Wonderful hotel, room was beautiful and incredibly spacious and the staff were accommodating and most spoke English too.

Very pretty location next to the lake with great view over the lake, especially from my room. Disappointing is the food and service in the la card restaurant, food takes very long and the taste is just soso for a high price. Also the breakfast service on Sunday is very slow, a lot of food is out and it takes very long to gets replaced. Better is the tea house, they are much more attentive in the service

Stayed in the hotel for two nights. We would like to note the high level of service. Clean and quiet room, air conditioner, bath. All questions were answered, at the reception there are lovely young ladies who speak excellent English. Fresh, tasty buffet breakfast, fragrant coffee. We were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. We sincerely thank the hotel administration.

Really impressive hotel with beautiful room and park. Unfortunately lot of facilities were closed because of covid19. Nevertheless, buffet is amazing and great service for the team.

Top in terms of location, facilities, staff friendliness and room standards. Zero stars for the quality of the dining experience, I'm afraid. Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

Second stay the the Park Hyatt Ningbo. Great location, cleanliness, service, and facilities overall. However, the rooms are beginning to show their age (curtains, floors); Chinese Restaurant is terrific; Buffet breakfast is decent but the coffee could be improved.

Location is amazing, and the service is good. Unfortunately at the time we been there it was very crowded. But we would definitely recommend!

Environment: The whole hotel is low-key and luxurious, with good aesthetics. We were given a newly renovated room with a high ceiling. It was a great experience. The big windows and the green landscape outside were super comfortable. The hotel is very large. The location next to Dongqian Lake is really great. You can take photos in minutes. I booked the hotel and got a free travel photo shoot. The photographer took me to check in at the hotel. There are also scheduled Kunqu performances. Facilities: The exterior architecture is beautiful and the interior also reveals a peaceful beauty. The products are carefully selected. The toiletries in the room are all lelabo33. I feel happy and fragrant. Hygiene: The aunt cleans very cleanly and her attitude is also very friendly. Service: The buffet service in the morning will take you to your seat and ask about coffee and tea. It is very considerate. Park Hyatt Hotel greatly improved my experience of this trip to Ningbo. I will definitely recommend friends to stay here.

Facilities: Although Park Hyatt Ningbo was built relatively early, it is still good today. Some small details should be repaired as it has been in operation for a long time. But overall it is still worth five stars~ Service: Park Hyatt's service is really nothing to say. All service staff are very enthusiastic. They greet you with smiles wherever you go, making people feel happy and happy as if they were at home. Especially the two ladies Riley and Ann at the front desk, who responded to the guests' requests in a timely manner and gave full marks for service! Environment: I like the environment of Park Hyatt Ningbo so much. The hotel is integrated with the local scenery. One step at a time, one scene, makes people happy. In the rainy Ningbo, Park Hyatt in such weather is really good and comfortable, as if you are swimming in a painting.

Facilities: slightly old, but still beautiful Hygiene: OK, encountered a small episode but it was quickly resolved. Environment: Great, wandering around the hotel to recharge your spirit Service: Great experience! Strong service awareness and good attitude.
