真的服了 前台服務太差 還是晚上值班的小姐姐服務好 今天睡過了40分鐘（包括下樓還房卡時間）還房卡的時候 板個臉好像欠了她幾百萬一樣 我們也算是老顧客 沒必要，因為這幾十分鐘這樣吧 還有上一次也是我們續了房想換一間房 在那裡語氣不好 都是沒有和你計較 如果説沒房那就另説…何必這樣呢？ 發這些鞋截圖還不算我對象手機訂房 有一説一 不是想搞事情 如果是我這麼多訂房我一個個來 我並不是找事 惡意

本來是給好評的，因為那個房型沒有了，然後前台給我升了一個別的房型。因為我是在百度地圖上訂的酒店，並不知道是十二點鐘要離店，也沒收到離店提醒，然後退房那天是另外一個前台吧，説超時的要按鐘點房的方式收取費用。我想説，就算我知道十二點鐘要離店，我一次訂了五六天，超時了三個小時也沒啥吧
