The experience is very poor. I live on the 3rd floor. The 5th floor is under renovation. I started to hit the wall at 8:00 in the morning. I woke up from my sleep. Why do I have to open for renovation? The room is old

房間設施有點陳舊，床品四件套有點差勁，新的單子居然有兩個腳印兒，還好叫了兩遍服務前台，等了大概半個小時過來給換掉了，我不喜歡給差評，還是給個好評吧！

入住有點晚了，進去房間一股廁所臭味，毛巾是破的，屋頂感覺受潮了零時補的，所以非常不好的體驗，衞生差，環境差，設施差，廁所移門的把手壞的，所以不會再去了，也強烈不推薦

房間原先給的一個發現廁所有異味，後來換了隔壁房間，又發現此房間洗澡間的排風扇壞了，反饋後前台説這兩天維修電工不在，衹好作罷。
本來偶是格林豪泰的忠實粉絲，這次住宿體驗想必給格林品牌造成一定影響，希此店加緊排查並保養好所有房間，以使旅客有好的體驗。謝謝！
