Beautiful, beautiful hotel 😍it’s my second time booking this hotel and both my experiences have been amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful, Xiaohu was very kind and willing to attend to every question I had. I highly recommend this hotel. It is affordable and the rooms have mind blowing views!

The Bali staff are very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help me with my stay. The rooms are quite large and the beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had plenty of water pressure which is always nice.
I want to call special attention to 2 people that were especially helpful and kind and really went above and beyond for hotel staff members in my view. This includes Fang Rui who helped me with "all" my laundry and one of the manager's who name is Zhou Jianing made sure my stay and room requests were handled very quickly and easily.

The room is larger than the average hotel, with complete facilities and equipment. The hygiene is very careful, and the disposable items are sealed in plastic. The room was arranged very well for me, and the scenery outside can be seen. When checking in at the front desk, Xiao Zhang also gave me tea. I heard it was Thai lemongrass tea, which tasted good. The service was excellent.
