衞生：房間整潔。床品乾淨。衞生間消毒到位。無明顯導味，整體衞生狀況良好。設施：基礎設齊齊全（空調，電視，WiFi，），但部分設施略顯陳舊，如浴室五金有些老化，不影響使用。位置，交通方便，靠近地鐵站和商業區，周邊餐飲，便利店較多，出行方便，服務，前台服務態度好，響應及時，保潔服務細緻，但夜間值班人員較少，需稍等，總結，性價比高，適合預算有限的商務或旅遊住宿，價格實惠直得推薦一下。

房間乾淨整潔衞生很乾凈，房間設施齊全二樓還有洗衣間，房間還有曬衣架特別好的事洗衣粉洗衣液給客人白白用不收費用，位置中心對面公交車站門口有很多停車位，賓館後面有大型停車場，服務員態度很好當家人朋友樣接待，周邊環境很好，價格實惠下次再來。

服務員很有禮貌客氣，衞生乾淨 清潔設施齊全，床上用品睡覺很舒服，毛巾澡巾比大酒店還舒服，環境很好周邊小飯店小吃店超市水果店很多，位置中心，停車方便價格實惠，離機場近下次再來住。

房間乾淨衞生第一我住過的小賓館最清清楚楚房間了，價格實惠位置中心交通四通八達，對面公交車站賓館前面停車位多，賓館後面30米有大型停車場免費停車.，服務員態度熱情，房間設施齊全.，周邊環境大少飯店超市很多..，下次再來。

房間跟鴿子籠一樣，説好的有窗户原來是在室內過道上，被子都是潮濕的，問老闆説這個都這樣，衞生間小的僅夠轉身！門還是壞的，都打不開，人進出得側身

到了賓館看到有洗衣機，晾衣桿，房間裏也有，方便出差或者需要清洗衣物的。門口有公交站台，交通方便，周圍小吃土菜館都有很不錯嘞，出門在外這裏比較便宜
