這條好評是給客房阿姨的，住了幾天，因為帶了小孩子，所以房間會搞的有點亂，阿姨每次打掃都很有耐心，也很仔細，地板拖的好乾凈，看我有點感冒還主動多加了水，第一次過來出去玩路線不熟也很耐心的幫忙，真的感覺比好多連鎖酒店的服務跟品質還好，儘管以後不知道什麼時候還會再來，但是推薦給大家。

帶小孩的話還是建議訂標間，空間大一些。一開始訂的內窗的大床，房間一個人住沒問題，但是帶着小孩子感覺沒啥活動空間，就又加錢換了標間，落地窗的，面積就比內窗的大很多。 服務挺好，酒店裝修的很好看，年輕人比較多，衞生也很乾凈，打掃房間的服務員非常熱情禮貌，這次來寧波選的這家酒店很成功。非常滿意。

專屬這個走廊窗房間強烈推薦，可惜聽前台工作人員説走廊窗一層衹有一個，每次都要提前預約這間，還不一定有。其他都是天井窗。 這間衞生間面積巨大，房間通風效果個人感覺也比天井的要更好，空間也更大，就是可遇不可求，看緣分，上次過來出差連住了一個星期，很推薦。
