孩子在高教園區大學就讀，在此落腳就宿，感覺非常滿意不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，房價親民，笑容滿面，平易近人，特此給五星好評。

因為孩子要離學校近一些，便於每天走路去打籃球，通過攜程，搜尋到這家旅店。在這個價格下，總體上比較滿意。房間大小還可以，床很大，在步行街上，吃飯、買東西都很方便。還有，很重要的一點是店主一家人都非常好，熱情主動，平易近人。主動幫助把行李抬上樓，離開時幫助搬很重的行李。總體的體驗感覺很不錯。

很乾凈，很衞生，關鍵是房東真的態度超好，還幫忙提行李。樓下就是小吃街，吃飯很方便，旁邊就是圖書館免費看書真不賴。晚上睡覺，隔音也不錯，不會因為樓下是小吃街而吵鬧。大學生校區附近，素質都挺高。

這次出來是來找女朋友玩的，這家賓館第一次進來的時候給我一種眼前一亮的感覺，整體的佈局相比較於其他同價位的賓館已經算是很好的那種了，而且衞生也很乾凈，工作人員也特別好，有什麼忙都會盡力幫我去辦，是個特別棒的賓館，如果以後再來寧波，還會繼續住這家賓館

服務態度非常好，到了那裡之後，會有人過來幫你拿行李箱什麼的，賓館裏麪的紙也很不錯，對比其他賓館薄薄的一層，他家賓館的紙很厚實，非常nice！衞生也很乾凈，環境非常不錯，附近有很多很多好吃的，味道都還不錯！他家的服務態度是真的很好！！！

國慶附近都滿了訂的這 跟寶貝在別的地方玩不過去了要退 打電話聯繫説不讓退⁽當時才九點 一年住幾萬塊的酒店 第一次遇到九點就不讓退了的 還是一分不退⁾ 那行吧 八九十的房間 我好像一百七訂的 特地打車過去住 反正住其他地方也還得訂 周圍環境一般 在修路 路很差 全是灰 酒店也不好找小巷裡的小樓梯 房間中規中矩吧 畢竟價格便宜 老闆屬實太省成本了 自己當前台 年紀大了打字都不利索 我想幫他打還不讓。。。開窗開空調也不讓。。打電話來提醒！還有洗手間貼着馬桶堵塞罰款一百 第一次見 很新穎哦

位置在學府一號的樓上，下來就是小吃街，買東西和出行都很方便，房間構造類似於宿舍，但是環境還不錯，雖然很便宜但是感覺很乾凈，很適合窮遊
