吧枱人員態度不是很好，房間環境整體不錯，衞生也很乾凈，但是麻煩壞掉的床單被罩能不能別用了，拖鞋麻煩也換一換，都快折成180度了，很影響住店的心情

前台服務態度極差，有問題也不會幫忙解決，我們剛開始入住朋友訂的不知道有停車券，出場顯示收費100元，後面有車排隊，我老公就付款了，後面跟酒店説停車費的事，説碰到這樣事情的客人多了去了，説他們不會主動跟客人説有停車券的事，他們沒有那個時間，付出去的錢不可能幫我們解決的，説我們是平台客户，不是單獨找他們訂的，你們酒店看不上平台客户，就不要做平台，態度很差極差，後面房間空調漏水，打電話給前台，叫我們拿個毛巾墊一下，我們説水流挺大的，前台不耐煩，説知道了，拿個毛巾墊一下，第一次碰到這樣的酒店工作人員，什麼叫收進去的錢不可能退出來，我會投訴到底，從工作人員的態度上來説我相信我並不是個例

特意跟前台説了要安靜點的房間，結果給我安排了一個對面燒菜還有🐶叫的房間，前台小姑娘真的好！！房間衞生差，床邊裙邊很臟，衞生間門破舊不堪，馬桶蓋晃動嚇人，怪不得要收和房費一樣的按金，這樣的東西不小心使用的話肯定會要你賠償了，房間配置收費用品很齊全，啥都要錢，頭腦真好，床單被罩枕套破了幾個洞你倒是補補在用啊，都能看到枕芯黑黃顏色了都，這個評價如果酒店覺得是惡意，那就先檢查下你們房間再説吧！

拖鞋是反覆使用的，房間地面不乾淨。平台説是不需要按金，店家還是強制付按金才能居住。很不滿意
