訂這酒店就是因為離地鐵口近，走路可以到，方便去機場，但比其他快捷酒店的話，服務和設施差點……連茶葉和咖啡都沒有！

首先前台服務很差，洗漱用品還得找前台要，要還衹給一副，我早上起來不洗漱了嗎？？？一臉不耐煩直接甩在枱麪
到房間後一眼就能看出來枕套是沒有換過，請問你們漢庭就是這麼敷衍客人的嗎，請問你們客房大姐有培訓過嗎？
之前住全季感覺挺好的，聽我朋友説漢庭也還不錯，我也就體驗了一下，太讓人失望了👎👎👎👎

漢庭這幾年大多數酒店都新裝修過了。硬件設施以時俱進。服務也一直不錯。這次寧波住的這家不是特別理想，酒店位置交通都不錯。酒店也算是整修了一下，房間比較小，開門就能看到床，這點特別不好。

之前也住過其他的漢庭，像這家這樣舊和臟的還是第一次見。
1. 隔音非常差，凌晨2:40被隔壁大聲吵鬧聲驚醒，吵鬧聲一直不停到3點多，我給前台打電話，建議前台找人上來看看，前台回覆“今晚就她自己值班，沒有其他人”，最後過了很長時間，才有一個人上來。不知道為什麼這麼大的酒店就一個服務人員。
2. 電視遙控後蓋是扣不上的
3. 沐浴露按壓呲出來的是稀水，沐浴露里居然灌水！？

位置：不是市中心，旁邊有來福士
停車場：很近，隔壁有，自費封頂25元/次
酒店環境：建成時間較早，大廳木地板老舊嚴重，前台雜亂，電梯很慢，房間牆紙破損，房間不大，每個邊角發黴臟，洗浴毛巾都是破的
味道：房間有股味道
寧波不適合新年來，不適合新年來，因為沒人，冷清
