The couple who owns the hotel have no sense of service. When I checked in and checked into the room, I found that the pictures online were inconsistent with the actual situation. After I pointed it out, they immediately asked the guest to cancel the room booked online. They did not have the attitude or method to proactively solve the problem.
The door has no safety lock and cannot be locked from the inside, which is very unsafe. Someone kicked the door in the middle of the night.
