這次入住完全超出預期，酒店大堂裝修典雅，一進門就聞到淡淡的茶香和香氛，瞬間放鬆。前台入住流程迅速，認真傾聽客人需求，連小朋友的需求也能考慮到很細心。禮賓司Havy幫忙送我們一家人到房間，路上介紹了酒店以及周邊遊玩景點，還幫忙拿行李到房間，不厭其煩的介紹了房間設備如何使用，幫了很多忙，十分感謝🙏🏻。房間寬敞明亮，落地窗很好，院子裏面坐坐喝喝茶很放鬆愜意，床品柔軟舒服，隔音效果也特別好。早餐品種豐富，西式中式都很對口味！健身房和泳池人少乾淨，細節處處體現品質。性價比超高，已經推薦給朋友，下次度假還會選擇紫璋台！

完全超出預期的體驗。房間安靜整潔，乾濕分離，所有設備都很齊全，有咖啡機。房間客廳茶室很有特色，網絡沒有卡頓，枕頭特別舒服，浴缸很大，隔音很好。前台辦理入住的小妹妹貼心細緻。早餐品種齊全，中式西式都有，超五星級的感受。淋浴水壓都滿分，高效又舒適。特別感謝值班經理小鄧的熱情接待，在這裏度過了難忘的假期，感謝。

帶娃來溪口溯溪玩水，關注收藏該酒店很久了，以前囤的優惠房券都過期了。
入住酒店時，前台小孫辦理手續後主動加了微信，免費升級了房型，且説有任何需求隨時找他，對周邊景點的疑問秒回解答，臨時需要的幫助也立刻響應，全程都很貼心。
酒店環境及設計挺好，地下停車直接房間樓下，有專屬車位，很方便。
遺憾衹住了一晚，沒仔細逛逛酒店，下次再來溪口，一定還會選擇紫璋台。

超級驚艷的酒店，首先地理位置很贊，羣山環繞，剡溪邊上，自然景觀無敵。
其次，酒店是新建的徽派建築，水墨畫即視感。酒店房間內外都非常乾淨。
再次，酒店人員都很友好熱情，前台小孫熱情地為我們辦理入住，還把我們送到別墅門口。
並且送了歡迎水果和飲料。
最最重要的是別墅上下兩層（一樓大床房，二樓雙床房）真的太適合我們一家四口了。
總之如果有機會再來溪口，一定首選紫樟台。

1.前台那個男的態度很差 音樂節票也搞錯 開始説沒房 後面過兩分鐘又變出來了房間[微笑] 2.我們訂了豪華雙床房 與圖片極其不符 給了高級雙床房 退房後才發現 3.也沒有歡迎水果（硬要把音樂節門票包含的一個水蜜桃歸為酒店的歡迎水果）4. 打電話需要送餐服務告知沒有 讓我們去現場點餐 到了現場説衹有自助夜宵 在夜宵開始前 工作人員承諾會有更多的餐品上來 讓我們趕緊拿了後付款 到最後也沒有任何多的餐品 屬於嚴重欺騙 直接説就這麼多餐品我們就不會選擇用餐 5.晚上空調開29度非常冷 打電話給前台 前台讓我們直接關掉 最後回訪處理問題的前台經理態度也很差 酒店最好的反而是部分接駁車的工作人員 熱心把行李送到房間 還有餐廳一些服務人員很熱情 幫拿菜品

酒店依山傍水，環境清幽，是參加音樂節的完美落腳點。雖然音樂節期間爆滿（小食售罄，泡麪都沒了，服務也稍慢），但整體體驗很棒！特別感謝值班經理李康傑！在如此高壓下，他能親自把食物送到我房間，這也是專業酒店人存在的意義。客房乾淨舒適，公區設計很有格調。音樂節現場氛圍超讚，回酒店又能立刻享受寧靜。紫璋台絕對是下次度假的首選

因為是音樂節訂的酒店，定的也不是基礎房型吧！下單的時候 備註了需要歡迎水果（女生都愛吃水果，可以理解吧）沒有！！跟我説門口領的一人一個水蜜桃就是入住歡迎水果了，笑死我了
當天説是送餐客房服務沒有，很忙嗎？？那麼21:30音樂節結束的時候，出口處每20米一位員工瘋狂推薦88¥一位的自助餐夜宵。這麼多員工不是很空的嗎？？迷你吧沒有泡麪薯片，那麼送兩桶泡麪來，我也沒有索要免費的泡麪，我説掛帳房間，也沒有！！（沒有這個能力，就不要接這類活動了。既要又要！！！）
