1. 衞生狀況不佳：入住時，我發現房間內灰塵較多，床單上有明顯污漬。衞生間也不夠乾淨，淋浴間裏有頭髮殘留。這給我留下了非常不好的第一印象。建議加強客房清潔工作，確保每位客人都能入住到一個乾淨整潔的環境中。
2. 設施維護問題：房間內的空調噪音很大，且效果不佳，導致我整晚難以入睡。此外，電視遙控器也是壞的，無法正常使用。希望酒店能夠定期檢查和維護所有房間的設施，確保客人使用的便利性和舒適性。

酒店位置很好，對旅行者來説既方便又實惠，離寧波火車站600米左右，坐地鐵也很方便，樓下有寧波菜館，還有其他早餐店，服裝店，方便逛，靠窗也不會吵鬧影響休息，房間很乾凈，價有所值！推薦！

房間整體很舒適，前台小姐姐很熱情，當天入住還給我們升級了房間讓我們住的更舒服一些，後期有需要還會定這家，主要離寧波站也很近騎個共享單車也就六分鐘左右就到了

免費升了房間，總體很滿意，尤其是衞生方面，床單很乾凈 睡得很舒服 雖然臨街 但隔音還不錯 早上起來有陽光曬進來 這個我超喜歡

酒店地理位置好臨街，在馬園社區站公交站旁，交通便利周邊景點皆可坐公交車，生活便利餐館超市葯店皆有。前台非常好，入住時免費升級帶窗房，早上退房後在前台寄存了行李，晚上取了直接坐高鐵，有驚喜到，有機會會再入住。不推薦高質量高要求的朋友入住，畢竟價格在那嘛。

設施：設施齊全 電視操控簡單 屋內配有充電器usb接口 非常人性化
衞生：衞生整潔 乍一看乾淨 簡單仔細查看了床單 很不錯
環境：離火車站近 也很好尋找 門口配有多輛共享單車 後面還有一個很大的停車場
服務：重點要説服務 前台小哥哥小姐姐都特別熱情 告知周邊遊玩景點 有耐心 操作熟練 很舒服的入住

房間雖小，但很緊湊，是經濟型酒店的格局，原來是漢庭，後易主才是現在的博瀾，不過位置很好，對面就是寧波飯店，吃飯早餐都方便，出差中轉首選。服務周到，就是房間隔音稍微有點小欠缺。

酒店位置很好，離天一閣衹有5分鐘步行距離。酒店有12個免費停車位，前台加微信告知停車位地址並錄入車牌號，並且主動升級到帶窗大床房，很驚喜。房間設施很新，但空調有些噪聲，房間不是很隔音，最好帶上耳塞睡覺。總體而言值得入住
