My husband and I recently stayed at the Hanting Hotel Tianyi Square East Branch, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. We travelled to Ningbo to start working, and needed a place to stay while we looked for an apartment.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredible staff who made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.
The front desk team truly went above and beyond our expectations. They patiently spent time helping us sign up for the breakfast buffet package, seamlessly assisted us in booking extra nights, and even arranged for a taxi when we needed one. Their kindness and dedication to guest satisfaction were unmatched.
The cleaning staff and buffet staff were equally delightful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and friendly hellos. The entire team created an atmosphere of hospitality that left a lasting impression on us.
This was our first hotel experience in China. We will remember our stay at the Hanting Hotel Tianyi Square East Branch fondly and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our visit so special!

Very new hotel, very clean room. The location is great, it is very near to Metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and the coffee machine at the lobby is the best.

I have stayed at Hanting many times and this one gave me the best feeling. Even though I arrived after 1am, Wu Ting at the front desk was still very attentive. She upgraded the room thoughtfully and reminded me that there was renovation nearby and chose a room for me. Relatively quiet room. This store should be newly opened and the hygiene is relatively good. The shower room only has a shower head and no direct hot water. It doesn’t feel hot enough. All the service staff including the cleaning lady will say hello and the experience is very good.

This was a great check-in experience. I came to Ningbo for a trip and was not very familiar with the surrounding scenic spots. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic to explain to us and introduce local specialties. When checking in, they warmly reminded us to pay attention to weather changes. , and also gave souvenirs and self-service tea at the front desk. The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are well-equipped and spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and most importantly, the location of the hotel is really great! It is very close to various surrounding attractions and very convenient. Especially Miss Sun Yingchun at the front desk, she is kind-hearted and I like her very much.
