Hotel was new (built in 2024) and conveniently located at 天一广场. Breakfast variety can be improved but the staff are very polite

Location is in the old town area, right next to the Our Lady of Assumption Cathedral in Ningbo, and stone-throw away from all other shopping areas, including the Bund.
Hotel is newly renovated, we stayed in a 3-bed family room and it was very good!

The staff are great, but the place is a mess. The secret no cancel policy is a bit harsh. We were forced to stay 6 days: way beyond what we would have if we knew about the no cancellation policy! The breakfast is a disaster. Everything is way too salty to eat... We believe it is a way to stop patrons to consume their not-so-fresh foods. Every non-smoking room smells smoke equipped with a brass cigarette tray!

Stayed 5 nights. An amazing experience. Very clean room. Good for solo, business travelers or even families. Very friendly staff. Absolutely no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Centrally located, with shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, it was extremely convenient (right next to the Catholic church, a great landmark for ease of walking). The room was well designed and spacious, with a fantastic view of the square. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rain shower had great water pressure, the heat for winter was perfect, and even the toilet seat was heated! (Just a note, the check-in for the hotel is on the third floor so you must enter the side lobby and take the elevator up). Our room included breakfast and it was really well done with a lot of various options. Overall, we would stay here again the next time we are in Ningbo.

We received quick help with the change to another hotel room in the middle of the night due to noise from the hallway ventilaton in the first hotel room. Good facilitites, clean and spacious room and great breakfast.
