Mold and dirt on the floor and in the shower, broken walls and night lights, a "hot" shower that made you shiver even at the hottest setting, dim and even a little creepy lighting in the bathroom, an overly soft bed with no support, and back pain after a night's sleep. This price is in…? A very bad stay experience.

As a hotel, the first thing they should do is to ensure the guests' rest. For two consecutive days, Saturday and Sunday, they started drilling into the wall at 8 a.m. every day. I went to the front desk and they said it was the property's business and they couldn't do anything about it. Then, what does the property have to do with us staying in a hotel? Shouldn't the hotel be responsible for communicating and meeting the needs of customers? On the weekend, I was not even allowed to sleep in. The electric drill seemed to be drilling into my head, and my mood for traveling from afar was ruined.
Also, pour the cigarette ashes directly into the sink, rinse it with hot water, and then wipe the sink with the guest's towel. Is this the cleaning procedure of your hotel? I won't say much, just taste it for yourself
