Very clean and new. The bed was a little damp, probably because it was raining and next to the window. Everything else was good. The front desk lady even upgraded us to a room with floor-to-ceiling windows for free!

Room: First of all, the overall environment is clean and hygienic; the room is partially intelligently controlled; the bed is comfortable and the mattress is soft; the internet speed is fast and the office is convenient; parking is convenient, just on the -1 floor. The most important thing is the good service attitude!!! The service is warm and the check-in is fast. I will lock in this hotel when I come here to stay in the future. In summary, one word: great!

I asked the waiter to come up and see, but the cause was not found, so I had to change rooms. After changing rooms, it was more than 12 o'clock, and then I didn't go to bed until more than 3 o'clock. The sound insulation was average, and I was woken up by the sound of washing in the next room at six or seven o'clock in the morning. I clearly lit mosquito coils, but when I woke up in the morning, I found a bag on my head, a bag on my hand, and a bag on my arm. There was facial cleanser and something else in the bathroom, which should be personal items. There was hair in the comb, which should be the last traveler. The cleaning left was not thorough, and there was hair in the hand basin. The front desk needs to go down the stairs on the first floor. I believe that what I encountered were special cases, because the hotel may also be in trial operation, and there are still many shortcomings, but it does not mean that the hotel is definitely not good. It is still worth staying.

I like the smart home environment. The room rate is not expensive. I really recommend everyone to come here. The hygiene is very clean, the toiletries are very good, and the front desk service is very good.

The buttons at the main desk are all invalid. You can't contact anyone even if you don't use your mobile phone to call the front desk. There is no switch on the light under the sink. The waiter asked us to make do with it for one night. A technician will come to fix it in the morning. I disagreed and couldn't sleep with the light on. Then she cut the wire of the lamp directly... It's quite amazing. The sound insulation is very poor. The room next to me can hear the whispers clearly, not to mention the loud chats. Someone ordered takeout, and the takeout guy came in. A new order was received every second, which scared me. The water temperature of the water heater cannot be adjusted. It is either the hottest or the coldest, which makes me speechless. Moreover, the drainage system has no drainage function at all. After taking a shower, the water flooded Jinshan. Attached is a picture of the water flooding Jinshan for everyone to appreciate. The WIFI was not connected, so I had to use the one in the next room. The projector was a reflection, the remote control was broken, and I couldn't play any videos when I controlled it with my phone. The phone was useless and I couldn't get through. The weirdest thing was that after I took a shower, I found that there was no towel, so I dried myself with my bare chest. This was the most annoying accommodation during my business trip.

The decoration style is good and clean. No breakfast, everything else is good. The cleaning lady is a little unskilled. The soap and drinking water were not replenished, so I went to get them myself.
