A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.

Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. And you can enjoy free supper, and free laundry! Wonderful! Comforting and welcoming lobby, we will book Atour again in near future to China😍😍😍

Very good experience. Atour is not worse than the so-called five-star hotel. It is better.
Pillow problem has always been a problem for staying in a hotel. The pillow of Atour Hotel is the only one that does not need to be changed by the front desk.
Very clean and hygienic.
The service attitude is very good. Help to see that there is an empty river view room and immediately allocate it to experience. The breakfast is also good.
If you can't think of a hotel to stay in when you go out, choose Atour.
