We booked a standard room and noted that it needed to be smoke-free. We checked in at around 9pm. There was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. We then turned on the air conditioner, went downstairs to get something from the car, and went upstairs again. It took about 15 minutes, but the smell in the room still couldn't go away. We reported it to the customer service, and the front desk's attitude in handling the problem was okay. We upgraded to a family room for free. I don't know what to say, just see for yourself.
