This is the second time I have chosen to stay in this hotel. The service staff are very enthusiastic and considerate. The hotel is still very clean, but the surrounding environment is a bit noisy. I was woken up several times at night, but the room I stayed in the first time seemed very sparse. Jing, I don’t feel this way. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The mattresses are from big brands. It’s so comfortable to sleep on. The water in the bath is so big. It’s all good. Five points!

除了地理位置略偏。各方面都很不錯。一次滿意的入住。房間比較新。設施設備也都挺新。就是枕頭差點，兩個枕頭都太軟了。建議酒店既然配兩個枕頭，那應該有明顯點區別，一個偏軟，一個偏硬。後來住的同樣是華住旗下的桔子酒店就做得不錯

出門一般衹住全季，交通方便，性價比非常高，服務也很好。居然還有洗衣房跟健身房，早餐也比較豐富，有地方獨有的寧波湯圓。樓下就有麥當勞燒烤飯店零食店咖啡店，對面有個購物廣場，肯德基寧波菜應有盡有，贊

辦理入住的時候，前台服務員非要搞一些實名制的東西才能入住，當時也提醒服務員不方便能不能入住，説了好幾次有一個領導過來説了才能解決，我們辦理好走到電梯門口時聽到她把前台罵了一頓，那個領導真的是無語，人家前台是按照你們規定的要求來做事，你做為領導，當時已經看見了這個情況，沒有及時來處理，反而是等客人不耐煩了才出麪解決，解決了還説前台，你説人家冤不冤。回到房間裏，窗户打開的，超級冷，想着把窗户關了，拉開窗簾“哈哈哈哈，一個可口可樂瓶子”我覺得沒什麼，可能是打掃的人沒注意，但是桌子就很過分了，破了也不換，我們沒注意手劃了一個口子，這都是小事，當時太累也沒去反應，等明天退房了前台一句話“要不要礦泉水”打消了我反應的沖動！等事後越來越想還是把這個這些事情反應給他們，讓他們整改一下。畢竟全季全國連鎖酒店不會因為這些原因影響自己招牌！好，不反應還好，反應了直接不認衞生問題，給攜程客服説“客人沒有當時反應，也可以排除沒有瓶子或者衞生問題”！給我整笑了，聽到這個我直接無語住，先説清楚，本人不需要任何平台的補償和退款，也不需要任何藉口來逃避責任！我的初心而是反應問題，酒店去加強，後續給我們這些經常住酒店的人帶來一個良好的入住體驗，不管是衞生和服務方面。做為酒店品牌都向往好的方向發展！所以這個點評，本人也是考慮再三才給出這個差評，通過這個方式來實現自己的想法。
