BTG Nanyuan Hotels in Ningbo

Everything was as expected at the hotel and we enjoyed our stay but the rooms could use some updating, it seems they haven't been changed in many years and everything is quite an old style. Besides being slightly dispaointed with the room the staff and service was great!

Really lovely hotel, two Nanyuan hotels in Ningbo. We arrived by mistake but decided to stay as it was lovely! Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff.

第一次來寧波，是奔着玩羅蒙環球樂園來的，當天到酒店很晚了，看了下附近的酒店，性價比對比之下，這裏還是蠻高的，進來酒店大門就是迎賓大道，兩邊的樹燈，➕上對麪水街的夜景，很美，也很出片，酒店大堂環境高大上，房間前台小姑娘幫忙升級雲薈房，房間簡單明亮，感覺是小清新系列，裝修還是比較新穎的，床上的歡迎玩偶🧸，很可愛，大熊貓“花花”嘛，我還想着去四川打卡呢，誰知道在這裏就遇到了，一份很不錯的小驚喜。早餐品種整體來說不多，不過可以選擇的都是喜歡吃的，愛了，小青菜很可口，流心蛋美味，滿足味蕾了，一個字“贊”👍，退房的時候，前台還送了伴手禮，飲品、糖果、油贊子、這些真的很好，路上都不怕餓了，哈哈哈哈，真心不錯，這樣的服務，下次還要來，一次不錯的旅行體驗。

It happened to be raining on the mountain, and it felt like a cloud forest. Facilities: The room is fully equipped. The Ziwei room is booked. The space for two people is just right. There is a bay window facing the woods where you can sit and drink tea. It is very artistic. The toiletries are also very exquisite. The first mini bar in the room can be used for free, and there is capsule coffee to drink. Service: The service of the housekeeper Yujie is very good. He contacted us many days in advance. The service attitude of the staff of the entire resort is very good. You can contact the housekeeper to arrange a shuttle bus in the hotel. On the first day of check-in, fruit and red bean soup were delivered. It's great. There is a book bar in the hotel where you can read and rest. Two cups of latte were given for free. It feels great to drink coffee in the woods. Meals: I heard that because the hotel is on the mountain, the ingredients are delivered from the bottom of the mountain. Although breakfast is self-service, there are not many varieties, and the taste is neither good nor bad. You can only choose a set meal for dinner. There are not many dishes, but the taste is okay. Hotel travel photography: A 45-minute travel photography service was provided, and you can choose 3 photos for free. The photographer Zhishu’s photography skills are so great that I couldn’t help but pay extra to choose a few more photos.

Xiao Ning at the front desk was very thoughtful and meticulous, and upgraded me to a room with a terrace, which is by the river. Xiaoning helped me carry my luggage all the way to the room on the second floor. Thanks for your hard work! The terrace is very spacious and has a panoramic view of the water and mountains. Have a drink with the beautiful view, it’s so beautiful! The bedding is very comfortable and the baths are all from Bvlgari. I also like the gallery of the hotel very much. The paintings are brought back by the owner from European auctions. They are very tasteful. The pasta and wine eaten at the hotel's own ”Rong” restaurant for dinner happened to sit in a position with a view, and the mouth was delicious and the eyes were moist. The waiter was very attentive, delivered mosquito repellent water, and even took pictures of me as a diner. The location is superb, just at the entrance of Hanling Old Street, across the street from Hanling Art Museum and Dongqian Lake. There are dedicated parking spaces and there is no charge. In short very satisfied!

Hotel facilities are very good, hardware equipment is very new, it should be renovated, the bed is very comfortable, the quilt cover is very soft. The carpet is also new and it is very comfortable to step on.

I took my children to Cixi to play. After arriving at the hotel, the whole hotel environment is not bad, and the children also like it very much. The waiter named Chen Hong at the front desk of the registration room upgraded our room for free. The buffet service in the morning is also very thoughtful. Overall, the experience of checking in is not bad

The bed is super big, the linen is very clean and comfortable, the bathroom space is also very large, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic in the morning and evening, the water temperature in the shower is a bit unstable, but it does not affect the overall evaluation. The only regret is that I went downstairs in the morning and found that the tire was out of gas 😭
