At 10:30, the young lady was afraid that she would not be able to find her and called her in person to inform her of the specific location. They also gave me a free room upgrade. They were so considerate, generous, beautiful and kind. Well, the room is big enough and comfortable enough. It's very close to the north gate of the scenic spot. You can park your car here and save 10 yuan. You don’t have to get up early to go to scenic spots, which is great!

真是一家黑店，老闆娘太黑，奉勸攜程入駐店鋪要好好考量，也奉勸客户堅決不要住這家店？
首先看服務理念服務意識和服務態度，以及對顧客的最大誠信原則——老闆娘和出租車司機劉峯私下勾結。欺騙客户，坑錢沒底線！
客户提出要求，從牡丹江火車站送到七號公館的雙向來回以及鏡泊湖景點內一日遊，開價1600元，還欺騙説這開價絕對便宜。要求提前三天預付600元，預訂門票和入景區車。客户發現價格不合理向他們理論，老闆娘心虛甩掉客户手機，説不能把她話錄音，其實客户在自己發郵件。而且經證實根本不需要預訂門票，是隨時進隨時購門票
客户質疑要求退錢，司機不肯退，老闆娘也開始躲避。
再次看設施——
衞生條件很差。乾濕不分離，乾淨浴巾拿出來沒有都是濕的。淋浴水很小而且漏水到麪池台，進房間馬桶就堵；
住宿兩晚第一晚有網絡，第二天莫名其妙就沒有網絡；
第二天晚上進房間發現定的三個房間都沒有打擾，和老闆娘提出後居然反駁要打掃房間必須通知。這是什麼邏輯，全球各地住宿酒店均聞所未聞
三威脅客户，周圍都是她眼線，不讓我們周圍諮詢其他店家。實際上七號公館周圍的店家，個個都比七號公館公道！奉勸攜程和所有客户不要相信七號公館！
四住宿不含早，客户九點出來吃飯，説只有水餃，一盤40元，水餃皮都不熟。真的黑價！
