We smashed the door in the room. No waiter came. It is still the guests who are staying to help find someone. In short, too bad.

這應該是我們一家人住過最暖心的服務了，因為行程定的匆忙7點多還在去往酒店的路上，攜程定完房酒店客服就打來電話，詳細問了情況還告知怎麼走，如何進園區合適，八點半到達發現酒店服務人員都在等待我們沒休息，一路凍的斯哈的我們能吃上熱菜熱湯，飯菜特別可口新鮮野生猴頭菇簡直鮮倒了舌頭，店家自製的玉米麪條也特別美味，魚就更別説了，新鮮入味，房間還特別乾淨無異味，睡醒起來打開窗户鏡泊湖湖景映入眼簾，明年有機會還會再來住

老闆人超好，開車到達景區已經晚上十二點多了，老闆一直與我們積極溝通，指引路線，熬夜等待，服務堪比五星級酒店了，感謝！酒店位置也超好，出門就是碼頭，坐在房間裏就可欣賞湖景，贊👍🏻

景區內位置方便，其它都乏善可陳。訂了兩間房。望牆的一間黴味很大，空調噪音大無法入睡。整體設施缺乏維護，感覺不夠用心啊，可能地點好不愁客源吧。希望老闆用心維護下，其實很多問題不需要很大費用解決。

酒店位置沒的説，對面就是鏡泊湖，拍了特價房，性價比很高，酒店人員也非常熱情，不用遠走樓下就是餐廳，晚上也可以擼串，一次不錯的入住體驗，有機會還會再來！
