很無語的一家，平台訂的免押入住，結果跟我要100塊按金，還活在十年前吧？給老闆帶個話格局打開，信任是相互的，這麼大的平台這麼高的信用分你那有啥東西怕丟的？沒有開放的心態怎麼接待五湖四海的遊客？再説説前台，態度生硬冷漠，更談不上絲毫服務意識，一副愛住不住她最大的樣子。最後還是要説説房間本身的硬件，淋浴居然沒有隔斷，洗完澡水到處都是，去刷牙的時候差點滑倒。。。另一個硬傷是沒有窗户，其他懶得説了反正不會再住，也反正他們估計都不上這個平台壓根看不到。

酒店存在欺騙消費者的情況，訂的時候看好的一米八的床，22平，進去之後床是1.5大小的，面積也不夠，就打電話問了一下，前兩遍沒説一句，前台就給掛了，第三次的時候，前台就説，“”我就搞不懂你們，就訂了一間房，也不是最高價，酒店床就是1.5的” 特別不耐煩，像是我們故意找事，難道我訂了房，確實跟攜程訂單不符，還不能問一下嘛！！！體驗感極差

隔音太差，半夜12點多旁邊房間安排幾個男士打牌，聲音就在耳朵邊，一晚上沒睡着，設施也一般，感覺不值

住了一個禮拜，入住房間換了三次空調壞了，説第二天修好連續説了三天，還是沒修好，最後換了個房間換個房間洗手盆壞的，不能接水洗衣服，又説第二天修好，又修了兩天還沒修好，最後給我一個盆房間有很奇怪的設施，半夜水聲特別大房間門鎖沒有反鎖裝置，後面的安全通道居然鎖着門，萬一發生消防事件真的會害**的衣架質量也是無語，把我衣服都颳了…床頭的抽紙居然要收費但是有一説一，前台的服務態度很好
