Le personnel peu agréable.

hôtel vieillot mais propre . PERSONNEL HYPER GENTIL ET PROFESSIONNEL (je suis une mamy.. ils m'ont vu arriver avec un peu de bagage et ont changé la chambre du fait de ma motricité.. ) tout fonctionnait dans la chambre. LINGE NICKEL BLANC. HOTEL SITUE PRES DE LA GARE DE NIMES MAIS PAS BRUYANT. DES FLEURS DANS LA COUR DE L HOTEL.

Tive que passar a minha última noite na cidade ali porque o outro hotel não tinha lugar.Chovia muito no dia,e após subir em um elevador apertado, que parecia cair a qualquer momento, encontrei a janela aberta e o piso molhado pela chuva.Fechei e constatei o motivo,cheiro de cigarro. Fui lavar as mãos, a pia só tinha água quente e na hora de tomar banho o mesmo.O hotel está reformado, mas precisa de muito para oferecer comodidade aos fregueses. Mas para uma noite está bom.

J’ai laissé un bagage dans la consigne de cet hôtel. Le personnel a détérioré mon bagage. Je n’ai obtenu aucune réparation ni excuses. Personnel odieux, et aucun soin au service à la clientèle. Je suis choquée que des établissements de la sorte aient encore une licence pour accueillir des voyageurs et/ou des bagages.

Comme d'autres avant moi, réservation réglée et confirmée le 12 juin 2021, à mon arrivée le 18 juillet 2021, aucune trace de cette réservation !! Proposition d'une chambre de remplacement à 80e. Chambre sale, minuscule, dotée d'un lit de camp, pas de cintre dans l'armoire. Comment ose t on en France proposer de tel lieu. Horrible et sordide
