The hotel is located approximately 12 minutes walk from the train station. I am appalled by the service when I checked in. The staff questioned me several times whether I have prepaid for the hotel online, I replied I did but he kept on questioning in a manner I find rather rude. After I showed him that I did pay he did not apologise at all.

It's very close to the station.
I arrived at night and left early in the morning, so I just slept there
but there was a bathtub. The bathtub wasn't the type that you could fill with hot water, so I had to be creative and fill it up.
There was an electric kettle, which was convenient. They also provided snacks.
I wasn't able to use them at the time, but there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The bullring is also just a short walk away, so that's a good point.

Stayed here on 10th September for one night and had no issues. Hotel centrally located and good value for money. However, stayed again on 14th September for one night. I had prepaid for the two rooms on 14th June last. When I arrived, the receptionist couldn’t seem to find my reservation. When she eventually found it 20 minutes later, she asked me for payment. When I advised that I had already prepaid she checked again and confirmed this was correct. (She made no apology in respect of how long it took for us to check-in.) However, a charge for the two rooms was subsequently charged to my credit card. I emailed the hotel yesterday morning, but I have not yet received a reply. I expect I am now going to have to go to the trouble of contacting my bank to arrange for them to process a charge back as the hotel doesn’t seem to be interested in addressing their mistake.

Small hotel in an old building in a small street. Garage parking if reserved in advance as limited. Street parking possible but may not be close My room was clean but as were other areas but there is a need for some repairs /renovation in places. Absolutely excellent staff, friendly, helpful, and chatty Very good breakfast though standard small hotel fare, there was good choice. I cannot eat gluten and they provided freshly baked bread from their local boulangerie - exceptional service. just a few minutes walk from the old centre Comfortable bed, ground floor room window on to street but very quiet

Great location for visiting Nîmes without a car, plus there is a garage. Very warm welcome and very pleasant staff. The rooms are not very large, but very clean with everything you need (kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits)
