Superior room good but no bath towels&amenities:brought towels but not amenities. Charged breakfast 2times(I do not cheked).Later and I was far away sent emails complainig about the charge:no replay. Restaurant&service good. Convenient free parking in site.

We stayed at this excellent hotel on our way to Spain. Our room was fantastic... spacious and super clean. The WiFi speed impressed us, and there were enough sockets to recharge our devices. The bed was big and comfortable; we had a really good night's sleep. Dinner at the brasserie with tasty dishes and wine served by the students was a great experience. Breakfast was just how we like it. Ample choice of food and the coffee perfect.

We tested a suite with our twins on half board. Everything was perfect. Our children were very surprised by the suite and the professionalism of the students at dinner, which was perfect. Small detail: like in other high-end hotels, we missed a little attention in the evening on our bed and my coffee-loving husband would have liked a few extra coffee pods. Also note the very pleasant side of its professionals who surround the students.

The hotel is very very dirty (floor, equipment, hammam, dining room, etc.); the students seem poorly supervised and make many errors (forgotten order, bad language, etc.); The swimming pool does not work and they warn the day before our arrival in order to be sure not to lose the reservation; They ask to pay on arrival and show no discretion (announces the price out loud so great when it's a gift); Several errors on the billing of breakfasts and they run after you when you are about to leave; the maids pass by the room service trays without picking them up (the tray in the room next to ours remained in the open air for 2 days); In summary, this hotel does not deserve its 4 stars at all (awarded in 2017 for a period of 5 years and I do not see how it could keep them in 2022)
