I was surprised to find out that there are no staff stationed at the hotel past 8pm, despite my check-in voucher stating that the latest check-in time is 11pm. I do not like the experience as I arrived Nimes after a nearly 3-hour train delay and I was expecting that I could get into my room without much of a hassle. However, there was no staff at all when I entered the reception hall. I was shocked and luckily with the help of other residents I was able to call the staff and they advised how I could collect my key. I was lucky but it is possible that other customers in similar situations may not be so lucky.

The very warm and professional welcome from the gentleman at reception However, cleaning still needs to be done in the "corners": between the vanity unit and the walls there is a pile of dirt. Another downside is the shower curtain!! Far from being pleasant and hygienic. Suspicious marks on the bathroom tiles along the toilet. And frankly limited toilets. And in the room a horrible smell... a mixture of cold tobacco and I would not say too much... A 2-bed room provided when we had not requested it. Despite everything, a well-proportioned room but quite basic. Clean and pleasant bedding.

The check in of the hotel is fast, the staff is welcoming, good value for money. Plan an uber, or car trip for the evening because neighborhood a bit risky otherwise nothing to say, I recommend

I do not recommend this establishment Dirty, unsanitary Forced to shower with flip-flops given the state of the shower!!! I wouldn't wish anyone to sleep in this establishment. AWFUL HORRIBLE UNSALUTE what more can I say

To avoid !!!! We rented 3 apartments for 1 night: 1st apartment for 2 the door between the bedroom and the bathroom was unhinged and placed against the wall 2nd apartment for 2 also no shower plug, thank you for the smell of the lifts, the tv leaning against the wall neither fixed nor on a foot, just placed 3rd apartment for 4 with therefore 1 bedroom, without light .... an unbearable smell of cigarettes we had to use deodorant to breathe normally. And the cupboard handle that remains in my hands Thank God we only stayed there for one night!!!!!

Nice apartment for 2 people, decent bathroom, everything was clean. The only negative point was the breakfast where there was almost nothing left (at 9am). The establishment is located on the edge of a large avenue, but the rooms are well insulated because we heard nothing.
