作為景區的民宿，房間設施能將就看，衞生不敢恭維，沒脱衣服住了一晚。但是感覺服務人員有碰瓷嫌疑，要求交按金，退房時仔細檢查稱我們三間房的一個枕頭上有污漬，但是入住時我們沒有看，不是怎麼弄上的。民宿要求扣錢，經與他們爭取沒有扣，説是要求我們洗乾淨。這點讓人無語！希望大家當心，實在沒有別的選擇時，在入住時一定仔細檢查，別給他們機會。另外，這家店有餐廳，價格貴點可以理解，但是給盛米飯時用大碗裝了一個碗底，收費5元，當晚民宿住滿了，衹有我們幾個在餐廳吃飯，看來是大意了。各位一定當心。個人感覺伊犁當地人開的店比較誠信，外來的一些商家不行。

如果不是為了第二天走獨庫公路方便，打死我也不訂這種衹知道收錢的民宿，衹有吃飯晚還算方便，一出門路兩邊就是小飯店。收費高，你就要有到位的服務，不是，整個房間衞生很差，窗簾很臟，好像沒洗過一樣，其它房間用具，你根本不想碰，淋浴花灑不僅不熱還出水很小，不注重細節和服務質量的民宿，是很難堅持下去的。
