設施住宿都滿意，唯一不能理解的是600多塊錢的房，吃早餐的時候餐廳服務員一直在強調雞蛋限量，一人一個。我們家吃不了那麼多雞蛋，也無所謂。但是我覺得房價600多了，不至於雞蛋這麼摳嗦吧。有人吃的晚來的時候在自助區打開蓋子看餐食吧應該，服務員特別不耐煩的説：再別看了，沒有了！真的超級影響吃早餐的心情。鄰桌的一個小朋友要多吃一個🥚，奶奶過去拿，服務員也一直説一人一個，沒有的！我真的一早上吃飯被這一人一個🥚給搞emo 了，草原的🥚有多貴？600塊一間房不配再多吃一個🥚？

真的必須好評一下，開始看酒店圖片還擔心不好，實物比圖片好看很多，酒店非常新，各種房型都很好看，有熱水有空調，衞生也很乾凈，並且還有自助的早餐，早餐味道也很好，我超級滿意，還有一個户外桌，100分！

民宿離景區衹有幾百米，我們住的家庭房是四人住的比較寬敞的一次。房子是集成式單獨的一棟小房子，很有特色，衞生間頂上是一個小閣樓，有一張床，孩子很喜歡。院子裏的環境也很美，做的土豆燒牛肉、山蒜薹炒雞蛋和白菜很好吃。早餐比較簡單。
下午有時間可以在村子裏轉轉，也可以開車去後山上追追日落。和景區一樣，這裏正在建設初期，目前村裡塵土有點大，尤其是有車或馬開過去的時候。

伊犁之旅最貴的酒店，也是最不滿意的酒店。上個客人的牙刷還在衞生間門後面，門上有灰，櫃子上也是灰，送的礦泉水也沒有。星空房的天窗，非常小，還全是灰塵，晚上啥都看不到。本以為是在草原上，陽台上能看到美景，結果全是修房子的吊塔，太失望了！

價格偏高，房間稍微有點小，洗漱時候衞生間門都不方便打開，山裡温度低，房間半夜很冷，還好被子厚，餐廳上菜慢，建議後續平均每桌都上一兩個菜，不要一桌一桌的上，又餓又冷真的很受折磨。

體驗感很不好，説説影響體驗感的幾個點：一是進入民宿的的道路正在修建多個民宿，這也影響或遮擋了民宿的景觀；二是入住當天，房間停了兩次電；三是餐廳接待能力有待提高，僅有一個廚師，當天吃飯被告知要等待一個小時，附近也沒有其他吃東西的地方，對於飢腸轆轆的人來説可想而知；四是隔音差，隔壁有響聲清晰可見，沒睡好。當然，優點是，就在孟克特景區附近。景色很棒。希望繼續加強軟硬件的建設。
