Really great stay in the hotel, very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful!! Japanese style room was so cozy and the view was fantastic!!! Really great view of the surrounding mountains and lake. -1 star for the location due to the difficulty to find it at night. There were no streetlights in the area so we didn't know there were footpaths and had to do the dangerous route via the vehicle road in pitch darkness. Dinner wasn't fantastic but is included in the stay. Breakfast was decent though :)

Located by the lake, the scenery is first-class and very peaceful, but driving up and down the mountains requires you to reach Powan. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are buffets with many varieties and all-you-can-drink wine. There is still garbage in the trash can in one room that has not been emptied. The staff was very helpful when checking in and the service was very good.

The hotel is right next to Yuno Lake, and the surrounding scenery is very nice👍. You can see my attached picture. The hotel's hot spring is a sulfur hot spring, which feels better than the sulfur in Noboribetsu. Points to complain about: 1. There are not enough varieties for dinner and breakfast (compared to other hot spring hotels I have visited before). 2. I feel that many staff members are from Southeast Asia and their Japanese skills are not very proficient, but communication is still no problem if they say the same sentence several times. 3. The hot spring hours are 15-24 o'clock and 5-9 o'clock every day. The hot spring bathing time in most hot spring hotels is usually until 3 am. It was already 24:10 when we returned to the hotel after going out for errands on the second night. We were so tired that we really wanted to take a bath, but it happened to be closed, which was a pity. In conclusion, the hotel is very good. You can consider this hotel next time you go there.

The service attitude of the hotel is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the hot spring quality is very good, and it is curative for many chronic diseases. It is very close to the bus station, making it convenient to travel. It is close to Tanghu Lake and the scenery is pleasant.

The food is the same every day, nothing new. The hotel only has one large bathhouse, and the rooms only have private toilets but no shower rooms. Everyone has to go to the bathhouse to take a shower before or after meals, making the bathhouse very crowded during holidays.

The exterior looks like a five-star hotel, but the internal equipment is only of three-star value. At almost NT$10,000 per night, the CP value is not high. The location is really good, but there is no bathroom in the room. You have to go to the big bathroom to soak in the hot springs before taking a shower, which is really torture. 

The room has a tatami bed. I went to the hotel for a hot spring bath at around 4pm, and then had a buffet Japanese dinner at the hotel. The hotel environment is very beautiful, the scenery is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious! I will choose it next time I go there

The hotel has a variety of breakfast options. The bed has been made before the room is checked in. The environment is convenient and there is a lake view next to it. However, there is only one large bathing area, which is used by many people.

I made a special trip to see Nikko Toshogu Shrine. I arrived at night and wanted to soak in a hot spring, so I chose Lake Yunoko. Everything was great. As a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, don’t be too picky. Ramen is available for late night snacks.

It's just an old renovation, the facilities are old, you can't take a shower in the room, the food is really ordinary for Japan, the only highlight is that there is a river in front, and the rest is not a view, it is very inconvenient, not recommended

The hotel is very new, but the location is remote. If you don’t drive, don’t choose this hotel. There is nothing nearby. The hot springs are average. The so-called open-air hot springs have no view.
